Serve tomato or fruit salad with these hot, open-face sandwiches

Ingredients

  • ½ c. shredded dried beef
  • 1 (5 oz.) jar pimiento cheese spread
  • c. pickle relish
  • c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 6 slices buttered bread

Method

  • Combine dried beef, cheese, relish and mayonnaise and spread equal portions on bread slices.
  • Broil until bubbly and hot.
