Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. onions (about 8 medium)
  • 2 c. salad oil
  • ½ c

Method

  • Chop onions; sauté lightly in oil in heavy skillet.
  • Combine flour, mustard, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Stir into onions. Add remaining ingredients; heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  • Simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors.
