Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. plain pizza mix
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • Pepper
  • 5 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Combine tomato paste, soup, sauce from pizza mix, salt and pepper. Simmer about 20 minutes.
  • Prepare pizza crust by package directions and pat into a pizza pan. Add chicken to sauce; spread evenly on crust; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (375°) 30 minutes, or until crust is browned.
