Ingredients

  • 2 ( lb.) broiler-fryers, cut up
  • c. flour
  • ¾

Method

  • Thoroughly coat pieces of chicken with mixture of flour, salt, paprika and pepper. Dust any remaining flour over chicken pieces in pan.
  • Brown chicken in fat in heavy skillet, about 15 minutes. Add onion.
  • Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water; add 16 c. to chicken in pan. (Add more as needed.) Cover and simmer over low heat 30 to 40 minutes, or until tend
