Combine in saucepan, 1 tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tblsp. sugar, ½ clove garlic, minced, ½ c. chopped onion, ¼ c. water and 1 c. ketchup. Heat to boiling; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add ¼ c. lemon juice and 2 tblsp. butter. Mix well.
