Ingredients

  • 1 (4 lb.) broiler-fryer or 2 ( lb.) broiler-fryers

Method

  • Wash chicken; pat dry with paper toweling. Cut into serving pieces.
  • Flour, coating each piece thoroughly. Fry chicken in hot fat until golden brown.
  • Blend together small amount of water with 2 tblsp. flour. Add remaining Water. Mix well with remaining ingred
