To cook chicken with Fruit Barbecue Sauce in oven, prepare and marinate as for broiling. Place chicken, skin side down, on rack in shallow pan. Line bottom of pan with foil to catch drippings. Baste chicken with heated sauce.

Method

  • Bake in hot oven (400°). After about 30 minutes, turn chicken; baste with heated sauce. Bake 30 minutes more or until done. If chicken browns too fast, cover with foil.
