Ingredients

  • 1 (5 lb.) stewing chicken
  • 2 lbs. broccoli or 3

Method

  • Simmer chicken until tender in boiling salted water about 3 hours, or pressure cook. Cool quickly in broth. Remove meat from bones in large pieces; slice.
  • Cook broccoli in salted water until tender; place on heat-proof platter (or in shallow baking pan). Sprinkle with c. cheese. Arrange chicken slices on broccoli. Spoon Mock or Easy Hollandaise Sauce over top. Sp
