5 c. soft bread crumbs
¼ c. minced onion

Method

To make baskets, combine crumbs with onion, seasonings and butter.
Line 6 greased individual casseroles with crumb mixture. Press into place.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) 15 minutes, or until crumbs are brown.
Meanwhile, prepare filling. Melt butter, blend in flour. Add cream, chicken broth and seasonings.
