  • 3 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 c. cooked rice

  • Combine chicken with rice, crumbs, salt and broth. Add eggs; stir in pimiento.
  • Pour into greased 9″ square baking dish. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 1 hour, or until firm.
