Method

Double recipes of pastry and filling; use 5 tart pans. Fill with chicken-tuna mixture; roll pastry and cut into 6″ circles; cover filling and flute edges. Bake in hot oven (425°) about 25 minutes. (Bake pastry chickens separately.)
