Turkey Shortcakes

Make on busy days—takes little time


  • ½ lb. process cheese
  • 2 tblsp. chicken broth or milk
  • 2 c. cubed cooked turkey or 3 (5 oz.) cans boned turkey
  • tsp. instant minced onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Place cheese and broth in double boiler. Cook over boiling water until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally to blend. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.
  • Serve over toast, hot biscuits or corn bread.
