Ingredients: 4 slices bacon; 2 lbs. flounder filets; ½. c. condensed tomato soup; 4 thin slices lemon; 2 bay leaves; ½ c. water; Pepper; Salt; Paprika; 1 large onion, sliced

Ingredients

2 lbs. flounder filets
4 slices bacon
4 thin slices

Method

Place fish on top of 2 slices bacon in greased baking dish. Cover with remaining bacon and lemon slices.
Combine tomato soup and water. Add bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste and sliced onion. Pour over fish. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 30 minutes.
Place on heated serving platter. Strain sauce around fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
