Serve with baked acorn squash, parslied potatoes, green salad tossed with olive oil and tarragon vinegar, apple pie or cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4 large filets of lake trout
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¼ c. finely chopped onion</

Method

  • Place 4 large fish filets in 2 lightly greased 15½ X 10½ X 1″ jelly roll pans.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion and dill weed. Drizzle on ½ c. melted butter.
