Great on broiled or baked fish. Use dill once, then try tarragon

Ingredients

  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. finely crumbled tarragon leaves, or ½ tsp</

Method

  • Mix together thoroughly mayonnaise, tarragon or dill, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Squeeze excess moisture from cucumber; fold into mayonnaise mixture. Chill thoroughly.
