Make pastry. Divide dough in half. Roll each to thickness. Cut top, bottom and 4 strips for sides to fit 8″-square baking dish. Transfer pastry to baking sheet Prick well with fork.
Bake in very hot oven (450°) 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
Drain oysters; reserve liquor. Add enough milk and some cream to liquor to make
