  • Pastry for 2-crust pie
  • pts. oysters (3 c.)
  • Milk plus cream<

Method

  • Make pastry. Divide dough in half. Roll each to thickness. Cut top, bottom and 4 strips for sides to fit 8″-square baking dish. Transfer pastry to baking sheet Prick well with fork.
  • Bake in very hot oven (450°) 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
