Cheese in scrambled eggs provides a new taste, change and food value


  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tblsp. light cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Combine eggs, cream and salt and pepper to taste. Stir with fork to mix.
  • Melt butter in a 12″ skillet. Add eggs and cook over low heat, gently lifting egg mixture with a spoon so uncooked eggs will flow to bottom of skillet Add cheese just before eggs are cooked; mix in lightly. Cook eggs until set, but remove from heat while they are moist.
