Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • c. light cream or milk
  • ½ tsp.

Method

  • Blend together eggs, cream and salt. Stir in tuna. Pour into hot skillet with butter. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until eggs are thickened, but still moist.
