Method
- Halve shredded wheat biscuits lengthwise. Warm in slow oven (300°).
- Heat milk to simmering in skillet; add butter. Poach eggs in milk mixture.
- Spoon eggs and milk on top of warmed shredded wheat biscuits. Add salt and pepper to taste.
