Ingredients

  • 6 shredded wheat biscuits
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 tblsp. butter or regular margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  • Halve shredded wheat biscuits lengthwise. Warm in slow oven (300°).
  • Heat milk to simmering in skillet; add butter. Poach eggs in milk mixture.
  • Spoon eggs and milk on top of warmed shredded wheat biscuits. Add salt and pepper to taste.
