Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread
  • Butter
  • 12 eggs
  • Salt

Method

  • Cut centers from bread slices with small biscuit cutter. Toast rims on one side on grill. Butter untoasted side, turn.
  • Break an egg into each toast ring, season with salt and pepper. Cook until eggs are set, 12 to 15 minutes.
