  • ¾ c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  • Combine flour, salt and pepper in mixing bowl. Stir in milk slowly and beat to form a smooth batter.
  • Stir in beaten eggs, blend well.
  • Pour ½ c. batter on very hot, greased 10″ griddle; spread batter to edges.
