Ingredients

  • 2 tblsp. butter or regular margarine
  • ¼ c. chopped onion
  • 1

Method

  • Melt butter; add onion and cook until tender. Add soup. When heated, add cheese; cook, stirring until cheese melts. Add egg and seasonings to taste. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Serve immediately on toast or crackers.
