Melt ¼ c. butter in saucepan; stir in ¼ c. flour, ¼ tsp. curry powder and ⅓ c. chopped green onions. Cook 1 minute. Gradually add 2½ c. mixture of dairy half-and-half and light cream; cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Shred 1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef and mix into sauce. Serve hot.
