An extra-quick main dish for supper or lunch on a cool day

Ingredients

  • c. process cheese cubes
  • ½ c. light cream
  • 6 slices

Method

  • Put cheese cubes and cream in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly to blend. Keep hot.
  • Lay thin cheese slices on toast and broil to brown lightly. Top with tomato slices and then with hot eggs. Pour on cheese sauce; add bacon. Serve at once.
