Easy way to please teen-age guests. Serve in foil so they’ll stay hot


  • 10 Coney buns (long)
  • Butter or regular margarine, softened
  • 1 lb. bologna, ground
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • c. sweet pickle relish, well drained
  • ¼ c. prepared mustard
  • 2 tblsp. mayonnaise


  • Spread buns with butter. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into buns.
  • Wrap each bun in a piece of foil. (Freeze if desired. Defrost 1 hour in foil or place in oven, frozen.)
  • Place foil-wrapped buns in slow oven (300°) 30 minutes. (If frozen, bake a total of 50 minutes.)
