Serve these with hot vegetable soup

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tblsp. butter or regular margarine
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 8 hamburger buns

Method

  • Cook onion in butter until soft. Stir in corned beef and ketchup. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, 15 minutes. Serve in hot, split buns.
