Toasting open-face sandwiches helps to make them appealing and tasty

Ingredients

  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 green olives
  • c. grated process cheese
  • 3 tblsp. ketchup
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 hamburger buns

Method

  • Chop fine: eggs, green pepper, onion and olives. Mix with cheese, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cut buns in halves; spread each half with cheese mixture. Toast in moderate oven (350°) to melt cheese.
