Shake up and cook this sandwich filling at the last minute

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tblsp. instant or fresh minced onion
  • 1 tblsp. minced green pepper
  • 1 tblsp. milt
  • 1 (214 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 1 tblsp. butter or bacon drippings

Method

  • Put ingredients, except butter, in jar. Cover and shake to blend (or use electric blender). Pour into skillet containing butter, melted, and brown on both sides.
