Split and butter hamburger buns. Insert a thin slice of boiled or baked ham and a slice of process American cheese in each. Wrap in foil. If you do this in the evening, store sandwich bundles in refrigerator. Put sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake in moderate oven (350°
