Delicious for an evening company snack or a family supper or lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 c. crabmeat or 1 ( oz.) can
  • 2 tblsp.

Method

  • Combine crab, onion, lemon juice and ketchup; mix well. Spread mixture on toast slices.
  • Frost top of each sandwich with mayonnaise and cheese, mixed together. Run under broiler a few minutes or until crab mixture is heated and glazed by topping.
