Pickle relish adds a new flavor

Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) cans red kidney beans
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ c. chili sauce
  • ¼ c. pickle relish
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tblsp. butter or regular margarine

Method

  • Drain 1 can beans and add to entire contents of second can. Add salt, chili sauce, relish and onion. Mix well. Put in 1½-qt. casserole; dot with butter. Cover and bake in moderate oven (375°) 35 minutes.
