If you use frozen chopped broccoli stir lightly just before serving

Ingredients

  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 (1 to 1½ oz.) pkg. onion soup mix

Method

  • Add hot water to onion soup mix. Stir; add rice, butter, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • Place frozen broccoli in greased 2-qt. casserole. Pour rice mixture over. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and bake in moderate oven (375°) 45 minutes.
