Ingredients: 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli; 3 tblsp. butter or regular margarine; ½ tsp. curry powder; ¼ tsp. paprika; Dash ground red pepper; 1½ c. milk; ½ c. grated or shredded sharp process cheese; 1 (15½ oz.) can small whole onions (2 c. cooked); 3 tblsp. flour

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
3 tblsp. butter or regular margarine

Vegetarian

Method

Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Melt butter; add flour and seasonings. Blend. Add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted.
Drain onions; add to drained broccoli in greased 1½-qt. casserole.
Pour sauce over vegetables. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 20 minutes.
