Ingredients

  • 6 medium carrots
  • ¼ c. water
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tblsp. butter or regular margarine

Method

  • Peel carrots and quarter lengthwise. Place in 1-qt. casserole. Add water and salt. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 50 minutes.
  • Serve buttered.
