Walnuts add crunchy note and flavor to bright carrots, expertly seasoned

Ingredients

  • 5 c. (3 ) carrot sticks (32 young carrots)

Method

  • Cook carrots in water with ½ tsp. salt added, just until tender. Drain well.
  • Meanwhile, heat remaining ingredients except the walnuts. Pour this topping over hot carrots. Toss in walnuts.
