Ingredients

  • 6 medium carrots
  • ¼ c. butter
  • 1 tblsp. minced onion

Method

  • Peel carrots and cut in ¼″ slices. Cook in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
  • Meanwhile, melt butter. Add onion and cook until onion is soft. Add to carrots along with remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly.
