Ingredients

  • 3 c. mashed cooked parsnips
  • Seasonings
  • 1 c. cubed cooked ham
  • 1

Method

  • Season hot parsnips with salt, pepper, seasoned salt, etc.
  • Mix ham, mushrooms and cheese.
  • Alternate layers of parsnips and ham mixture in greased 2-qt. casserole. Sprinkle top with cereal crumbs.
  • Bake in moderate oven (350°) 25 minutes.
