Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • ¼ c. chicken broth (canned or homemade)
  • 2 to 4 tblsp. dairy sour cream
  • Salt

Method

  • Cook frozen peas in broth until barely tender. Drain off reserve for later use, if desired. Stir sour cream into peas; heat only until cream is hot and peas are coated. Add a little salt, if necessary.
