For company use two Pimiento Nests and double other ingredients
1frozen Pimiento Nest
4tblsp. melted butter or regular margarine
1c. chicken broth
1 (4oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
½c. diced celery
1c. diced cooked chicken
Remove wrapper from frozen Pimiento Nest Place in casserole in which it was shaped originally. Drizzle with 2tblsp. melted butter. Cover and bake in hot oven (400°) 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes.
In the meantime, combine remaining 2tblsp. butter and flour in heavy saucepan. Slowly add broth; stir constantly until sauce is smooth and thick. Season with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients; heat. Spoon hot mixture into baked Pimiento Nest.
