A wise selection for a fast-fix meal

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, cut in ⅜″ strips or slices
  • Melted butter
  • Salt
  • Corn flake crumbs

Method

  • Dip potatoes (allow 1 medium potato for each serving) in melted butter, sprinkle with salt and roll in crumbs. Spread in baking pan, one layer deep. Bake in moderate oven (375°) 45 minutes, or until done.
