  • 3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (1 to 1½ oz.) envelope onion soup mix
  • 2 c. dairy sour cream
  • ½ c. grated Cheddar cheese


  • Cook spinach as directed on package; drain. Combine with onion-soup mix and dairy sour cream. Spoon into greased 2-qt. casserole. Top with cheese.
  • Bake in moderate oven (350°) until heated throughout, about 25 minutes.
