Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
  • ¼ c. crushed appetizer cheese crackers
  • 1 tblsp. chopped parsley

Method

  • Heat tomatoes in saucepan. Serve in individual sauce dishes, topping each serving with a spoonful of crackers and a sprinkling of parsley.
