  • 2 tblsp. vinegar
  • tsp. salt
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • c. mayonnaise
  • ½ c. crumbled blue cheese
  • c. creamed cottage cheese


  • In a small bowl, blend vinegar, salt and Tabasco sauce; blend in mayonnaise and beat until smooth.
  • Stir in blue cheese and cottage cheese.
