Perfect salad for the barbecue crowd —equally at home in indoor meals

Ingredients

  • 2 qts. mixed greens (leaf or romaine lettuce, spinach leaves or tender beet greens)
  • 3 tomatoes, cut in wedges

Method

  • Wash and drain greens well; shake dry in a dish towel. Break into bite-size pieces before measuring.
  • Add tomato wedges, cauliflowerets, blue cheese and bacon. Refrigerate until serving time.
  • When ready to serve, add seasonings and Honey French Dressing; toss to coat all the greens.
