  • 1 tblsp. sugar
  • tsp. salt
  • 1 c.

Method

  • Blend together sugar, salt, sour cream, onion and vinegar. Stir in cucumbers. Chill at least 2 hours.
  • Serve in lettuce cups for salad or on the tray with other relishes.
