Ingredients

  • 5 large ripe tomatoes
  • ¼ c. salad oil
  • tblsp. lemon jui

Method

  • Peel tomatoes; cut in thick slices.
  • Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over tomatoes. Chill thoroughly, stirring once or twice.
