Beautiful salad for a buffet table

Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon or lime flavor gelatin
  • 1 tsp. salt

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
  • Combine avocados and mayonnaise; blend well. Stir into gelatin thoroughly.
  • Pour into 4-cup ring mold or 8 individual ring molds. Chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with strawberries. Serve with Honey Dressing.
