Ingredients: Honey Dressing; ¼ c. mayonnaise; 3 c. fresh strawberries; 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon or lime flavor gelatin; 1 tsp. salt; 1¼ c. cold water; 2 c. boiling water; 2 ripe avocados, mashed; 3 tblsp. lemon juice

Beautiful salad for a buffet table

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon or lime flavor gelatin
1 tsp. salt

Lunch
Gluten-free

Method

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened.
Combine avocados and mayonnaise; blend well. Stir into gelatin thoroughly.
Pour into 4-cup ring mold or 8 individual ring molds. Chill until firm. Unmold and fill center with strawberries. Serve with Honey Dressing.
