Ingredients

  • 4 c. cranberries
  • ½ c. water
  • 3 c.

Method

  • Combine cranberries and water in saucepan; simmer until skins burst. Add sugar. Cook 3 minutes more.
  • Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir to dissolve gelatin. Chill until syrupy.
  • Fold in cranberries, celery and nuts. Pour into 2-qt. mold or 8 individual molds. Chill until firm.
  • Unmold on lettuce or other greens.
