Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • ¼ c. cold water
  • 3 tblsp<

Method

  • Soften gelatin in cold water and lemon juice.
  • Dissolve in hot water; chill until thickened and syrupy.
  • Fold in remaining ingredients except lettuce. Pour into oiled 2-qt. mold. Chill until firm.
  • Unmold on lettuce.
