Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • tsp. salt
  • ½ c.

Method

  • Scald milk. Pour over salt, sugar and butter in large bowl. Blend and cool to lukewarm.
  • Sprinkle yeast on warm water; stir to dissolve. Add to milk mixture with c. flour. Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Or beat with spoo
